Refund Policy

1. Premium Subscription Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time Premium subscribers. If you are not satisfied with your Premium subscription within the first 7 days, you may request a full refund.
After the 7-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 7-day guarantee period, please:
- Contact our support team at [email protected]
- Include your account email and subscription details
- Briefly explain the reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)
Refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
3. Free Tier Users
Our free tier requires no payment and therefore has no refund policy. You may use the free tier indefinitely at no cost.
4. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time by:
- Going to Settings → Subscription Management
- Clicking "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirming your cancellation
After cancellation, you will continue to have Premium access until the end of your current billing period. No additional charges will be made after that date.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Subscription renewals beyond the initial 7-day period
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service
- Partial month refunds after cancellation
- Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting our support team
